Just started using the gps thing, I feel like a retard running w the phone, but I like how it maps your route, and I guess no sensor needed anymore
I think the challenge link is bad, maybe repost?
I run with my phone.
I slipped it in my pocket on my run yesterday, but I guess there was an issue and it didn't log my KMs. Hasn't really happened before but guess it lost signal.
Anyway sucks it didn't log it but don't think there is a way to manually enter distance?
Was planning on running this month.
In it to win it!
I got broke off after my first marathon, I think I am finally healed.
Let's do this.
So I have to buy an iPhone to use Nike + GPS. hmmm...
its kind of cold in new york still but Im in!
Shouldn't we wait until the weather is a little less challenging?
right then... in
Is there a way to do this without an iphone? if so I'm in.
I am going to kill this shit.
You don't need an iPhone to participate, theres lots of options, but the cheapest one is that (if you already have an iPod) to get the sensor. Under $20 on ebay:
If you don't want to use Nike Shoes, you can get the LaceLid ($5 on ebay)
You connect to the same network that people who have the wristband/ fuelband/ nike+ and Nike+GPS
nike+ is the shizz, got it 2 years ago and it's really helped me get motivated to run, def worth the investment
^ hey there!
would that thing monitor your movement if you are (let's say) in a treadmill?
