  we could either all shoot a roll of film (kind is up to you, but 35mm), then we randomly assign each person a partner to swap with, then the partner shoots over it.

  or we all shoot a roll, then send it to the person on the list below them.

  or split the group in half, the first half shoots the roll first, then the second half shoots and gets it developed.

  yeah, that's the idea. everybody shoots a roll, then send it to your partners, then you develop the roll you end up with. so yeah, we all shoot through 2 rolls.
