Health shakes? Is that anything like the DTs?

That recipe I posted - I've had it the last four morning and I feel almost superhuman in terms of energy. Makes my hyper as hell. It made my weights workout much better yesterday as well. Not had caffeine the last four mornings like normal and that shake easily gives me more energy than coffee and doesn't feel like it's eating away at my brain.

Here's why you feel hyper as hell

well... this could be good....
I just microwave 4 eggs and a bunch of veggies all scrambled up...
cleaning up is a pain though....

• cup of frozen berries
• tablespoon or so of peanut butter, natural
• teaspoon chia seeds
• one scoop muscle milk powder
• 1/2 cup cooked plain oats (optional, depends how hungry you are)- < usually i'll split this into two shakes, and have the second half in the afternoonifeltdave

Instead of downing an entire breakfast as a smoothie,
I'd rather take the ingredients and snack on them all morning long.
Should give your body the necessary time to be able to absorb the nutrients better anyway.

Yeah you gotta! Makes it thick and creamy - just blend it up for an extra 30sec than usual. Powers me through the morning like a 'real' breakfast.
Whole oats are a pretty healthy carb too.

Been drinking something regularly every morning for the past month and it completely rules:

Maca Powder was new to me, but I think it's the one thing that's really been helping me feel awesome. I feel super alert, less stressed, more focused, and not sluggish in the afternoon. It's amazing stuff and pretty cheap. Great for bedroom action too!!
