One of my best friends, illustrator Erik Jones, does some amazing work. Was on ffffound.com tonight and saw a new piece of his - except it WASN'T his. It was done by a woman named Charmaine Olivia. She's not only taken his style, but his subjects too:

I do; and would hope you would too.
no, you pithy cunt.
moving on with exposing this shit.Nothing is new - everything is repurposed - yada yada yada. This is a hack blatantly stealing from a good friend of mine who happens to be to nice of a guy to do this for himself. Just trying to raise awareness.

If anything, both were influenced by the Native American Indians who have already been ripped off by the white man. So tell them both to shut the fuck up!
P.S. - If a real pirate were to come by, he'd probably stab everyone with his sword because no one steals from a pirate. Especially people named Erik and Oliva.

I realize you may have sand in your vagina, but visually, there is no similarity unless you are shit at posting links.
pirates, not created by your friend
native american headdresses, not created by your friend
lame painting of sexualized women, not invented by your friend.in all honesty, which i know you didn't come here for both Native American pieces look like generic shit you can buy all over the southwest
so what address do the tribes send to to complain to your hack friend?
what address should the pirate bay send too because IMO they originated the pirate ship look, not the actual fucking pirate ships that existed long before this shit art...

This idea was stolen from Time Bandits. I'm calling the police.

Well, the choice of subject matter is obviously eyebrow-raising, but the styles ... not so much. I'd be hesitant to call rip on this one.

totally - point taken guys.
i guess what struck me was the subjects and style consistent with both. Not the first to paint naked women or women with headdresses or boats, etc. Just a stunning lack of differentiation in the totality of subject matter offered on her part and the consistent style usage. Saw it on ffffound - wasn't over-reacting - just sticking up for a friend that doesn't get half the publicity the woman does when it's clear (at least to me) that she keeps going back to the proverbial well of his work.

You are kidding right?
Plus, her work is a ton better in my opinion.
