Ive had sleeping problems for over 20 years
i recently tried these audiobooks
"A Briefer History of Time" (Stephen Hawking)
&
"The Universe in a Nutshell" (Stephen Hawking)"
&
"Einstein's Relativity and the Quantum Revolution"
it didnt work at all. it did the opposite in fact.this always helps:
