Why is it according to the packaging, you'll loose weight and attract more females in under three weeks, but in three weeks time you're still the same old fat unloveable cunt?

I've seen some crazy, often comical results from Content Aware fill. But for the most part it's been pretty awesome. At best its near flawless. Most of the time it cuts the time required to shop out an element in half.
Also the Adobe demos take the most ideal circumstances to represent their results.
