  Agreed, it added nothing and I found myself taking them off during the non-3D parts because it ruined the colours.

  Yeah well Ridley Scott is in his mid-70s. Id love to see a sequel with her making it to the Engineer home world with David, but not getting my hopes up.

  I was really into the movie everything was great the row of seats in front of us were empty .. there was no one talking during the movie and just as the Android is pulling the alien jism out of those pods the light come on and and the screen goes dark... 10 minutes later the movie kicks back on but the lights inside the theater stay on for 30 minutes while the movie continued to play ... talk about a FUCKING BUZZKILL!!! .. we did get free tickets to another show .. but come on man.
  I feel like I'm cursed when going to see movies lately.

  I was thinking maybe because they were going to get in the way of Weiland achieving what he really wanted...I think Weiland ordered David to kill them and that's why he poisoned Holloway. And it seemed like he knew they would do it (haha, do it) in turn killing her as well. But she survived that, which he was impressed by. He when she showed up in the control room as they were waking up the engineer, he sinisterly commented about her managing to survive that mess.

  why didn't the rest of the team realize fifield and 4 eyes haven't left when the storm was coming? and why didn't fifield and 4 eyes ask stringer bell how to reach entrance when they were warned about storm?

  the david vs charlie thing, guessing weyland instructed david to infect a member with the goo so they can see the results, but it was david's own decision to pick charlie because he was being a prick towards him?

  Well the rest of the team thought they went back to the ship. What I dont get is how you get lost in something shaped like a circle?

  Im not real clear on why Weyland would want them dead. If it was in fact just to see the results, well then he's an asshole.

  i thought it was just the ship shaped like that... everything else was huge and maze-like...looking at the probe's scans on the ship. also the truck and buggies were still outside. i would assume they would've taken at least one buggy to ride back to the ship.

  i don't think weyland wanted them dead per say as he had no idea what the outcome would be. but lets say david informed weyland about the specimen.. why not just run tests on the thing? why assume it can be used that way.

  Yeah I didnt necessarily mean dead. He wouldnt know what the effect would be on people. I guess this is why his and his daughters part of the ship was actually its own little ship, in case whoever was infected turned into a raging alien. Pretty shady of him, and her.
