Wifi is fucked.
Full screen apps are the biggest gimmick ever.
Launchpad is absolutely useless.
I quite like Mission Control, but only because I never used spaces.

I don't like it. They're stumbling a bit but it's OK, if you like the direction then it's certainly worth $30. But if it gives you interface anxiety, learn assembly language and start working on your bootloader. Operating systems don't write themselves...

Haven't bothered yet. Not buying into the fanboy/hater hype. Seems like a lot of fuss for what is just an upgrade.

i'm liking it so far. i'm using a macbook air so the gestures are really handy and are only confusing if you're stupid. you just get used to them and can customize them. even the launchpad thing is pretty useful because the Air isn't really a workhorse so people don't tend to keep a ton of applications on them... so the screen doesn't really end up as cluttered as Boz's favorite new JPG up there ^
- well it's funny and it's true.. That's what I'm going for.Boz

I love the reverse scrolling and the Launchpad. I love resizing windows like Windows (from all sides) and I like the addition of Facetime. I'm looking forward to better implementation of applications that utilize the full screen mode (in a functional way, of course) and the "cloud." My old Mac is starting to show its age with the Lion upgrade (a late 2006 24" iMac), but still zips along nicely.
Only bug is I get some weird screen glitches that I believe are related to the video card. Not sure if it's a Lion thing or a hardware thing, but it started as soon as I upgraded.

I'm loving the fact that you have to have Snow Leopard in place first before you can upgrade. Sure you could skip versions in the past...
But then nothing's broken, so I don't need a fix.

Cool little discovery:
I use my iTunes album artwork as my screensaver and I have for several years. With the Lion upgrade, when that screensaver loads, the album artwork tiles become buttons that, when clicked, play the album. Oh, the little things... :)

Almost amazing, everything works so nice and smooth, lots of little details making my life easier, but...
WTF is up with expose!? mission control is fucking retarded, I want my old expose back, anyone has any advice?

Almost every audio software needs updates.
My point of view, No rush.

im not liking how picture viewer and quicktime video not only remembers what it showed previously, it also opens their files up on screen for no reason and i cant find where to shut it down.. i never used expose in the previous version and i doubt i will use mission control or launchpad.. overall things i think are running faster or smoother.. i noticed my restart when i do it, is a lot quicker than it was previously, which is a nice noticable plus.
- google it, that can be turned offanimatedgif
- awesome i will, thanks, i dug thru the prefs a dozen times and cant find a shut off..them
- apparently you have to manually erase your history or else the recent 10 will open up.them
- thats wack, there is no solve to shut that off.them

1. go into full screen safari
2. move cursor to right-most pixel on screen
3. click and drag to centre of screenFull screen apps at their best.

- HOLY SHIT. thanks!!! anyway to save this for all pages?genfourth
- I don't think there's an option to save, I think it's for problematic sites which don't display right on huge resolutionskalkal

I agree that they have broken expose, a crying shame.

Printing to many Canon printers via Preview or TextEdit is broken, only workaround is to print from other programs, Safari can do PDFs.
