  Bootstrap is a JavaScript framework—similar to jQuery or Prototype. But cleaner and more elegant. It was created by Jürg Lehni, the designer/coder/artist who wrote Scriptographer and Paper.js. Bootstrap hasn't been "officially released" yet, as in there's no real documentation. It's just available as-is at the moment. You can check out the uncompressed source here:
