Wow. Lots of great applicants from all over the country so far. I think they had a few Skype interviews yesterday.

Whenever interviewing at smaller agencies like this there is only one question that needs to be asked in your interview:
"Do you find that there are enough resources here, creative and technical, to schedule and complete jobs or is everyone scrambling to get the resources they need on a regular basis?"
Watch the reaction.
The reality is that the smaller-smallish agency is always a mad scramble, where a few strong players are always in demand, and surrounded by some weaker clean up players, in both development and design.
The smaller agency is a great way to fill up a resume with good work in a short amount of time if you are one of the stronger players.
- Again, not really the experience here. I've only actually had that experience at a large Ad agency.autonoma

"It is cool to work somewhere cool, with cool people in cool environs, with cool technology applied to cool visions. Not cool for style’s sake, but cool for substance’s sake. Cool not for how we look, but cool for what we achieve. We continue to set the coolness bar high, for the horizons of our cool are limitless."
