If you want a software to use, this one is pretty easy to use. It's got good reviews, and a 9 day trial period. You can create different sets of contacts, and send a campaign to specific set. You can also exclude specific contacts within the set:

If you are looking for the easiest way to get from A to Z, use Campaign Monitor. The code will work on all of the nearly infinite email clients.

You can do it with php as well. I like SwiftMailer as it has more options that what is built into php by default.
If you do this, use smtp and you want to set a delay (sleep) between each email you send. And don't do this if you got > 1,000 or so, you might get blacklisted.

This may (or may not be helpful) - I give out two kinds of emails to the businesses I deal with
- The HTML and supporting images if they want to host on MailChimp etc.
- Outlook OFT file format, with the HTML preview copy/pasted into said email - embedding everything. Because lets be honest the small businessman still BCCs to his select contacts.- worth noting, if images get embedded, their open rate reports go out the window!booya

I know it sucks,
But I have a client who wants it.I know how to create the HTML, but I can't figure out how to embed the HTML into the email.
Is there a special mac software for this?
Thanks!
