  This may (or may not be helpful) - I give out two kinds of emails to the businesses I deal with

  - The HTML and supporting images if they want to host on MailChimp etc.
  - Outlook OFT file format, with the HTML preview copy/pasted into said email - embedding everything. Because lets be honest the small businessman still BCCs to his select contacts.
