meh, for how long they've been working on it. This just looks like a nice version of GT1.

^ If you're being sarcastic, that's a tired argument. People play games as a break from reality. It's just entertainment. And most of us don't have access to race people, especially in expensive, exotic cars, so it's really the next best thing. And it's a hell of a lot safer.
Do you watch movies? If you watch a movie about mountain climbers, there are real mountain climbers that say the same thing about those movies, "Meh, I can just go do the real thing derp derp". You don't want to be like those pretentious pricks.

I would love to see it proposing real environment situation ; something closer to flight simulator but with cars :)
Driving from north europe to south, through GPS checkpoint, with traffic etc... that would be great (like vette on PC more than 10years ago)So much details just to drive on closed tracks... bummer.

^ i was just being facetious, but honestly, some of those environments are so amazing and beautifully detailed, it's a damn shame you can't explore them. few other game genres put so much effort into the realism of the game. imagine a first person shooter that looked like this. (sidenote: apart from RDR and RE5, i've been out of gaming for a while, so maybe so maybe they do have these kinds of visuals in more recent games?)
