So? Campus Martius is one sliver of Detroit. Don't get me wrong, it's a step, but having two medium sized corporations in Detroit aren't going to turn it around, though it certainly helps. That said, what I think really needs to happen is not of social doing. Politickin' needs to happen. City needs to be broken up and taxed as individual areas, etc. Money needs to go back into the areas it comes out of instead of spreading it thin throughout.

In Canada we preach a cultural mosaic but we're much more integrated than the US who preaches the melting pot.
