Anyone ever had one?
Any Tips? Trying to seal the deal and land an in-person interview. I'm on the East Coast, and this is pretty much my dream shop out West.
It's a small shop, so I know the main thing is personality/ would I fit the culture. (Already said they felt great about the book I sent).
I don't want to come across as too eager, but i'm way too eager--I want this gig bad!

do something creative with the background

do it naked.

do it newsreader half naked, get up at the end and walk away with a naked arse.

I did it from NYC to Australia. They just want to make sure you're you. and that you're not ugly.

check the lighting before hand ---- the glow of the computer screen can make one look like a ghoul.

secretly knock one out without them knowing

tell them you don't do Skype and if you guys can do it via ChatRoulette...

make sure you move your bookshelf full of designer things and books behind your desk! lol

do it on the metro through 3G

Wear a italian suit just without the pants. As soon as you negotiate the salary, stand up with a hard on.

Do it in the shadows like a mob witness and with a voice modulator.

I've done once, I was living I'm Brazil and got interviewed for an Aussie agency, it was fine, just act like you would do in a "in person" interview....

Get a friend to dress up as a burglar in a ski mask and break into the house. Fight him off and prove to the interviewers that you are strong and can handle any problem.
Have a gun go off for added awesomeness.

i was thinking about doing it at my friend's classroom that she teaches in, have about 30 kids in the background and say i'm currently teaching 2nd grade and looking for a new gig.

can you do it against a green screen and somehow add in your own backgrounds? like, when they're not looking change it to a beach for a brief second.
