"and if it doesn't crash on other browsers?"
it's implementation-specific. they wrote the plug-in for netscape and ie back in the day, and have since ported it to several other browsers. to their credit, porting from win32 to the mac has traditionally been the most hair-pulling experience imaginable - particularly with threading and graphics contexts/ui, but that's no excuse for a company the size of adobe.

I don't use Safari that much, but Chrome has been crashing on me constantly as of the past couple weeks.
And it seems like it's Flash most of the time.

My Safari has been constantly getting hung up the past couple weeks. Beach balls all the time. It's becoming unusable. I tried reinstalling flash, and I'm definitely using the latest version of Safari and Snow Leopard. Tried repairing disk permissions...
Any other ideas?

Maybe Apple doesn't care about OS X anymore?
Maybe they'll be happier once all machines are running iOS?

I have had no problems with Chrome or Firefox to date... And last week I downloaded Firefox 3.6.3 with no Flash crashes.

Nice try. Macs are way better than PCs. Everyone knows this... lol.

I don't think it's Apple fault. It's the implementation of Flash on the Mac.

Actually my flash sites work better on safari than they do on Windows.

At least my iPhone does NOT support Flash!
