many have taken pics of this brilliant Indian version of the iconic UK war poster in Toronto; but who designed it? a Toronto orig?

I looked around, and all I could find was other people's pics of this poster outside the restaurant in Toronto .... Surprisingly, could it be a Toronto original? I know the Keep Calm thing might be overplayed/already spoofed a hundred times, but I still like this take.
