  The ultimate high is unquestionably candy flips. 2CB is quite similar, but more mellow (as in you can sleep when you get home)

  A bit of acid with booze is great too, but fuck me I can get crass.

  But my golden rule is small portions of everything I do. You can always just take more later. The few times I've forgotten this I've woken up with very little memory of what I've been up to, and what I do remember was totally cringeworthy.

  DMT's, beyond a proper Nitrous Binge, one of the purest, most efficient headfucks you'll ever encounter... in a good way :)

  In processed form, the trip only last a couple of tens of minutes, and takes you far beyond the realms offered by acid and shrooms.

  A small hit in the park, in the summer sun, is a beautiful thing. A larger hit, wrapped up in bed and eyes shut damn tight is even better. Endless vistas of rainbow-hue colours and patterns combine with cascades of photo-pure imagery - for me, anyway. Most people I know haven't experienced the photocascade as I did (imagine a stream of images, two every second, each from god knows where, but somewhere in the past, somewhere real and definable, somewhere unremembered). That aside - by God, the depth of image complexity... did I mention the colours? :)

  Or, there's unprocessed. We're thinking of starting off an Ayuhuasca Evening here (a friend went to one last weekend and was charged £75 for the opportunity (!!) - I've access to a fuckload of the stuff.. ). Not quite so strong a trip, but a much longer experience. Hours rather than minutes. Personally I prefer it in its illegal, processed form - trip is much quicker and much more intense.

  My only problem with DMT is that I'm one of only three people I know who has any - which makes denying people who find out quite a pain - especially in summer time. Shit's hard to find, yo.

  Nitrous does not 'cook the brain' at all - don't spread bullshit.

  It's actually one of the safest drugs you can take, if you sensibly moderate its consumption.

  There are two (three*) dangers with NO2:
  - It can, with horrific abuse, fuck up your body's ability to process Vitamin B12, leading to a lifetime of background phsyiological problems.

  - Idiot users can inadvertently asphyxiate themselves by doing dose after dose after dose without thinking to top up with a little oxygen here and there

  and

  - * if you're my flavour of idiot, you can damage yourself by doing too much standing up straight then collapsing onto a hard concrete surface, but that's another story.

  Has anyone heard of Mephedrone?
  They're calling it "sunshine" in Oregon but also goes as Meph, Drone, MCAT or Meow Meow. It seems to be legal in the US if you sell it as "plant food/not for human consumption" but Europe has outlawed it.
  I guess a girl died here so it been all over the news but I've been out of the designer drug culture for years.
  Just wondering if anyone has done it or heard of it and how dangerous it really is.
