this may be a shot in the dark, but i'm looking for examples of campaigns that use time-based sculpture, like this one for the world wildlife federation (raising awareness for melting polar ice caps):
know of any? i seem to remember the anti-smoking Truth® campaign doing something along these lines also...

I can't find an example, but if you 'print' things on fotosensitive paper and pack it in black, once you open it, it will start developing.
Gives some astonishing effects, when people open it, read a message, and hours later, when they check again, there is new text on the paper.
