In regard to the lion motif Peugot isn't an issue as your in a different area, but the similarity to Pringle may be more problematic
I'm also of the opinion that faux heritage can possibly damage the legitimacy of the brand, as in, I begin to ask who the fuck are these 'Sons of Eldridge' and just who the fuck do they think they are?

Dude GOTTA drop the small caps & regular cap combo. I hate to say it, but it rarely ever works well. The entire idea behind caps small or regular is that the height of each letter is the same. It creates a flow in the text and breaking the flow is like driving a porsche into a brick wall.
That said, I believe number 2 has the most potential. I think adding too much of a classical feel really stifles the concept. Just because you are using a serif typeface does not necessarily make it trendy. Drop the caps, open up the letter spacing, and add the lion from number 1.

3 looks more balanced, but looks like the leading might be a bit too tight. Seems like the Caps also create a bit too much weight on the left of the signature ("Sons" and "Eldridge").

Savile Row is famous for bespoke tailored mens clothing. Its classic, not cool or trendy.

Me thinks youre on the right track. Just polish it up.

You know, the more I think about it - and I've NEVER been to Savile Row - but I would think the young, jet-set men's buyer would be more into something that was less classic/less traditional.
These all feel very, pardon the expression, "buttoned up"... Really let loose, look at what's going on in avante-fashion. I doubt it looks like anything that would come out of Marc Jacobs/Calvin Klein or your Father's Tailor.
Just my opinion. (could be, and usually am, way off)

I prefer #2. It seems to be the best direction. Still needs love like mono said with the upscaling of the caps and the thickness of the line. But overall i like it.

^ agreed, also, the bar underlining it is too thick/too close to the "of" - creating an optical problem. Evening out the weight of the "of" will help the line thickness, but you're still going to want to move it down a bit and possibly decrease its weight

- Cheers for that. Looks like option 2 is coming out favorite at the momentChimp
