Anything awesome that is a must see that beats the touristy stuff? Just looking over some stuff as I'm there for a couple days and wondered if there is any cool design stores anywhere?

Off the beaten path? Not really. They're everywhere. And if you like having the runs, go for it. There are plenty of better pizza places in the city, but to each his own.

The arty scene is on Queen St. W. near The Drake Hotel. If you like hipsters, you'll love this area.
Also, there's a bookstore that sells great design books... I can't recall the name right now, but it's super close to the aforementioned Burrito Boys.

@ideaist Flying in Saturday morning and then heading back to London on Tuesday afternoon for fitc mobile so I've got some time to kill, I'm just by the conference actually just on the harbour front
@brandelec Yeah, was short notice but managed to get a ticket last week which is pretty awesome, looking forward to quite a lot of the talks actually.

I stayed at the Drake Hotel - really great place; superb bar to visit if you don't stay there.
