  Clearly they both just purchased the template. However, Firstborn looks like the larger more creative and established company. Which begs the question: Why wouldn't they just design their own site from scratch? I wonder how many templates both companies ripped for their customers....????

  I had a client recently question why we couldn't compete on price with their internal guy who stole a flash file from somewhere on the web, decompiled and changed it subtley... Couldn't wrap his head around the difference.
