flash->actions window too high to scale

  this is the most annoying problem i have with windows: the flash actions window for some reason has decided to be much larger than my screen and as you may know...the window does not have the ability to scale from the top, only the bottom which of course is hidden (off bottom of screen).

  anyone know how to fix this annoying problem?

  i got it. i pushed the reeeeally tiny double arrow button next to the really tiny x to close .. then stretched that out
