interviews for what? what/where are you going to use them for? is quality a high-priority?

i dont need HD quality but decent enough to view mostly online.
It will just be people talking about their experiences

Here is an example of the quality of that Flip Mino HD versus the Kodak Zi6 (similar camera)
pretty decent for under $300

Word to the wise.
Get a camera which has a separate audio input, this way you can record clear and quality audio, if you do not get one with a separate audio input then you will record everything which goes on in the room. Ok if you can control and predict your environment well but a complete waste of time otherwise you will look and sound appalling.

We use those flip mini HD cameras alot for online stuff and they work very well for that. The quality is really good coming from such a small camera, and the ease of use is excellent...you just plug it in to your computer and you've got all your files in digital format. They are also tiny, which makes them ultra portable (about the size of a Gameboy DS). Seems like most these mini "HD" cameras are pretty similar though, and any of the ones posted in here will probably be sufficient for what you need to do.
