Thousands of bikes will be pouring into our sleepy little city over the next few days. The streets are a gallery of leather and chrome.

Known too many people that have either died, been close too dying, or got pretty messed up from motorcycle accidents. A risk your willing to take? Too many bad drivers out there. Beware! My suggestion, don't get one at all!

My pop's got into a horrible motorcycle accident when he was 11. He was riding with my uncle around Bondai beach when my uncle lost control of the bike and my father was caught underneath it whilst it slide for 20ft removing most of the skin from his legs and arms.
He's got a hole in his foot from where the exhaust left it's mark and hes ridden' a bike his whole life. 8 months of skin grafting in the hospital and he still loves motorcycles. Same shit could happen in a car, you just have to be more aware on a bike and try not to ride on major highways if you can.

side note: i didn't know until the other day that paul sr. and occ charges 500-650k for a 'custom' bike like the ones you see on tv. that's outrageous!
anyways. here's my dream bike.
either a bmw or triumph. god i'd love a bike like this!

Over the past couple of weeks I have been training and taking my bike tests (two practicals and one theory). Have my final test tomorrow so if I pass that am thinking of getting this beauty (sure you will all call it boring)
