Exposing the less than adequate transport systems around London when the tube is out of action is possibly one of the only positives to come from this strike. - Peter Hendy, Transport Commissioner, described services as "good" on the Northern line and "decent" across the Jubilee line, adding: "Clearly, support for the RMT leadership's actions is far from the level they were expecting. So some people obviously value their good pay and stable job.

I'd accept for 35k for driving a tube, and spend my free time doing sites... and you get a lot of time off... do you get paid for striking?
