iluustrator has 'guides' you know.. just drag and drop. or draw a line, right click make guide

You know, maybe it are just circles and lines with 0,1 pt stroke, you know in a layer on top of the logo.

The lines and circles are used to construct the logotype/Logomark...
All my logo work are done in Illustrator.

It's a talented portfolio. I think its a bit one sounding though. If I were to give a critique it would be that your portfolio is stylistic to the point that alot of your print creative is a bit too similar on your portfolio site. But all of it is really well executed and I think the the marks are fantastically shown in their process to execution. I appreciate that level of detail and I am sure plenty of others do as well.
