total rip. aside from that thing about 'imitation' and 'flattery', they really removed the best parts of the design/functionality.

i've actually had my eye on these guys for a while. i found references to their site in my google analytics. there was a time when they were actually referencing files on my site (css, etc.). they've since moved all the code to their site, which speaks to their professionalism.
i know my site isn't exactly earth-shattering, but it was done well over a year ago and at the time it came out i'd like to think it was fairly novel.
as for the rip, i think just the typography and the fact that they didn't bother to even update the navigation buttons is enough. if that doesn't settle it for you, try clicking on one of their images to compare how the project details play out.

i'd say yours is more of a rip than theirs. as to say, what's with all the computers? you design that case?

how is it a rip? you're using jquery code, we're all allowed to that, the little tiny round buttons on either side are all that are the same, other than the white bg, claiming rip on such a minimal site is kinda weak
