i like 1 best, with the integrated year.
you have a cool thing going on and i think the sticker in 3 brings it down a little, the rounded stuff feels out of place to me in 2.
i don't mind the type and everything, but the color is a little light on the first letters against a white background. maybe darken the colors so it works on light backgrounds
my two cents

- Maybe you could give some advice then? It's easy to simply say 'start over'.Brian_Piper

1 w/out the orange blocks... reduce the amount of extrusion... touch more contrast... and start over.

the iso perspective is fine, but the font is neither appealing nor readable imo. also the shading looks off (f.ex. "A" in matsuri). maybe simplify, harmonize the gradients.

Yeah, i like no.1 as well but I think I'm gonna start over.
Apparently the client does not like it cause is not very readable, and I was not really sure if I should try and convince him.

If you could play with the contrast a little to make it a bit more distinct, I'd really like #2.

Nice logo aidshobo,
AnimeMatsuri is not just about anime movies, involves everything in anime pop culture( anime movies. all kind's of contests - cosplay -, artists, etc ).

Go to bed, go directly to bed, do not press go, do not collect $200.
Fresh eyes will do the trick.

Imagine yourself looking at it in 2011: will you still like it? Guess no... Why don‘t you try to develop a durable concept that can be applied in the following years too?

1 but for the love of God, make the I thicker (stem of the T) Also get rid of the orange cubes, do you need them? And why the 3D look? The face is display enough me thinks...
