i hate a gym...
but i do some basic stretching, weights (dumbbells/bar) & skipping (great fucking workout btw) at home if i've been lazy or not had time to get outside. otherwise i cycle (urban/cross-country & downhill mountain trails to keep it fun). i also do 30 min urban sprints on the cycle... pick a destination and burn it there and back home. i surf as often as i can, but being fit allows me to be more comfortable in the water... i don't consider or approach it as a workout.

i got burned out by the gym and all the bros and their bro-wear.
my wife and i put together a mini-gym in one room of our basement. it's all core stuff. a rack, 1 barbell. (2) 45s, (4) 25s, (4) 10s and (4) 5s for the barbell. dumbbells up to 50. a bench that can decline, go flat and incline and a bunch of bands. and, i just ordered a chin-up bar that i'm going to attach to the exposed rafters.
i've been going back and forth between a modified 300 workout...
25 bent over rows w/ (2) 40lb dumbbells
50 deadlifts. 135lbs. (barbell)
50 pushups
50 box jumps onto a 30" step up box
50 floor wipers with 135lbs. (barbell)
50 Single-Arm Clean-and-Press with 35lb dumbbell
25 bent over rows w/ (2) 40lb dumbbellsand a 500 workout...
100 Pushups
100 Situps
100 Evil Wheels (fuck a evil wheel all to hell)
100 Overhead Tricep Extensions (35lb dumbbell) -or- 100 Shoulder Raises (10lb dumbbell)
100 Bicep curls (20lb. dumbbells) -or- 100 Bent over Rows (35lb dumbbell)I've been sore for a week straight now.
For my cardio we have a jogging trail that runs past our backyard. I'll jog 2 miles at a medium pace and then run 5 sprints down the straightaway in our backyard after the 2 miles. That and I called in a favor with a buddy of mine who's a welder. I had him make me a weight sled. On days I don't run the 2 miles I'll push the sled across the dry water retention pond near our house with my wife and son sitting on the top. Boy the looks I get.

quit doing the half-assed go-to-the-gym-sometimes-and-do-w... routine and bought a powerbench/squat rack and 300lb olympic weight set for the house. i'm doing kilgore/rippetoe's "starting strength" thing almost every day and feel WORLDS better.
man, i've just been wasting time up until now. highly recommend reading this book and doing squats 'n' shit if you aren't already.

Basketball once a week seems to be enough to keep me in decent shape.

stretches, calisthenics (no gym and no machines) and rope almost every day (if the schedule permits and not exactly the same hours) in total of one hour.
sometimes some shadow boxing or wing chun basic movements.
basket if enough good weather 3 times a week.
live in Amsterdam so I bike a lot and make some night rides in my fixed sometimes.Still i don not consider myself in that good shape.
I smoke a lot of hash.

Currently just doing Crossfit, 5 days a week (rest Saturday or Sunday) with my co-workers, we go down at 10:30am, usually takes an hour to do the workout and shower, so I skip lunch/eat at my desk and watch TED Talks while I eat.
