I knew something with Jesus in the title would end up like this.
There's obviously gotta be a first mover somewhere. Call it God or the Universe or the source of Life, it's pretty weird if you can't admit there is something way beyond our comprehension going on. And the fact that you are here right now on this planet is totally amazing and I love thinking about that. We could just as easily not be here at all.
Just enjoy life and love each other even if people believe different things. We're all in this together and we are more amazing than any scientist can describe. No-one can explain what actually is making us tick.

^I'm over it, thanks for the apology.
The only point I will make is this...science does the exact same thing you are claiming. It makes absolute facts. It does this by refuting religion and stating how "impossible" the idea of God is. Like above, if you claim something to be "false" you must have absolute knowledge or truth to know this. By the laws of logic, you could not know anything to be false unless you were coming from a position where you held absolute truth.
"there is no concept of absolute fact in science" is that an absolute fact of science? These claims are always completely flawed as they are self-defeating. Sorry mate.
I'm out as well. Peace.
- I'm sure you will find that the "order" that dictates the universe, the formulas for example, are absolute truth.monospaced
