- u need to crush a fuckload of chillies in extra virgin olive oil and let em macerate for like 3 months. its good and hotdragonfruit
- Yeah, you need the seeds/internals for the heat. Just sitting whole won't do much.ETM

Lately, I've been making Mango purée with the mixer, and adding some Habanero Tabasco. It is preserved very well in the refrigerator, up to 2/3 weeks.

Yesterday me & my buddies went to Firehouse Subs for lunch

it wasn't up top with the rest of the sauces.. they have to hide it.

i made a couple quarts of hot sauce a week ago. it's pretty rewarding and dead easy. just take a bunch of chiles you like and blend them with onion, garlic, sugar, and whatever else you like in vinegar. adjust the vinegar content until it's the thickness you like
