Email him, kindly ask him to take it down. If he ignores you, post the link here and make it public. No need to sling mud, just take it to him privately, then publicly if you don't get a response.

i agree, qbn participation is the very last resort. i wouldn't even link anything here yet. think of it like contacting thundercats. i mean do you really need them when you know they're just chilling.

Batesoled... He wouldn't agree to take it down, unless he knew it was ripped - why on earth would he? Not to "anger you"? Please...

is it in as a job he's done, or as the logo of a client he's done work for?
massive distinction, as the client holds the copyright on the actual use of teh logo to do its job of representing them.

if you work on the same team/in the same group it's legal.
- brandelec0
and how did you find it? was the portfolio posted here?
- neue75_bold0
sorry dude, thought you said we could share it... you on the odd days, me on the even ones...
- dconstrukt0
trying to sort this out now.... before unleashing you guys. lol
i dont do too much design anymore but the logo was for a high profile marketer (I used to work with internet marketers) and they shouldn't be posting that shit. it probably gets them some work it shouldnt.
and their work is lame compared to the stuff we do.
- once you get it straight, let us know anyway. It's good to know where the leeches are.zenmasterfoo
