it looks liek you disable the button that belongs to the page that is active and if you click too fast, it doesnt enable them back.
A. take out that code that disables them.
B. write new code that automatically enables all buttons that arent the current page.

like this:
on (rollOver) {
gotoAndPlay("s1");
}
on (releaseOutside, rollOut) {
gotoAndPlay("s2");
}
on (release) {
if (_root.b<>3) {
unloadMovieNum(1);
_root.play();
_root.b = 3;
butt2_menu.enabled=false;
}
}

_parent and _root:
"_parent is often the same as _root because it's fairly common to have a single movie that contains a few symbols. The parent of those symbols is root.
In general, it is a good practice to use _parent (instead of _root) whenever it works. This is because it means the script is relative to that particular movieclip. If you move the movieclip around in the hierarchy - attaching it to another movieclip and putting it deeper in the hierarchy, the script will still work.
You also may run into trouble with using _root if a movie gets loaded by another movie. In this case, what you thought was _root is no longer your parent timeline..."

tried this on the home btn and nothing....
on (rollOver) {
gotoAndPlay("s1");
}
on (releaseOutside, rollOut) {
gotoAndPlay("s2");
}on (release){
unloadMovieNum(1)
_parent.gotoAndPlay(63);
butt2_menu.enabled=true;
}

if you click any other btn, besides the HOME btn, then click HOME, the last btn last click is disabled.

i always tend to use a transitionFlag variable that i set to 1 when transitions are happening and then back to 0 when they have finished. all menu interactions are then given the condition that they will only do anything if transitionFlag == 0.
