you are right, &son, Akzidenz does have that luxurious character to it. this is the reg.ext.
i am afraid it might look too credible and loose the cheekiness..

Everyone will have some type of comment, you will be working on this logo for about two years if you listen to everyone on QBN.

It's nice janne, it has that classy feel you were going for.. I like the (lighter) Akzidenz better than the Helvetica for this... in my opinion +class = +whitespace..
The kerning on VORM is a bit off imho.. I see it as: VOR M
I can see why you can't put the R closer to the M, maybe use the space between the R and M as your startingpoint for the other characters.

I would go with a decent serif. If you want to keep the sans serif I would kern it much wider.
I don´t think AG is a good choise for a luxury product.
here an example. (kerning & propositions aren´t perfect yet)

i was inspired by the new amsterdam artfair logo, PAN AMSTERDAM
I saw some posters in Amsterdam recently and loved the type combi.. even though i reversed it here..
