I was thinking about getting the new blackberry that comes out tommarow... i know its not going to be as good as the iphone, but will it sync with my mac?

I don't know if it does or not. My assumption is yes.
I read this review today that preaches good things about the new blackberry storm.
Check it: http://www.engadget.com/2008/11/…
- nice review... it makes know i dont need or want the blackberry over the iphone.e-pill

is it cheaper than iPhone?
- univers0
It looks like the Storm is priced at $199
- HelloMatt0
I would think if you have $$ that is a brilliant idea.

i would rather have the iphone but its too much money for me to switch to At&t. One good thing about the new blackberry is that it has a removable card... so i could upgrade up to 16 gigs in the future

interesting note off the engadget article that the ui design had the touch screen capability almost as an afterthought. some better features but looks like it falls bit short with the comfort level.

if there ever is going to be a iphone killer this is it.

Interesting. After watching the video it looks like the touch screen scrolling just sucks on the Blackberry, but maybe that's a first world problem, huh? I've never been a fan of Blackberrys mostly because I usually hate anybody that uses them.

I prefer the iPhone, the graphic display, icon treatment, and the likes of the blackberry seems less sophisticated compared to the iPhone. I wonder why they chose such an ugly path?
- aren't these things that will be able to change?********
- I don't know, I haven't looked into the SDK for the blackberry. But they are releasing an app store.univers
- look at a majority of Blackberry users and you will see why.Point5
- then again, when I'm out in public and I see soccer mommy using her iPhone I put mine in my pocket.Point5

Works just dandy for me. I really do not want an iPhone. Chose between the two, blackberry is far more utilitarian, I do NOT need all the apple "flash" for my phone. I use it to call people, answer e-mails, text message, and use google maps. Blackberry does it better in my opinion. Besides, I have an iPod touch, web browsing is nice, but there is NO way I need that sort of ability on a phone. I'm tied into the web too much as it is.
Oh, and fuck touch screens.
- dont be mad just because you have fat fingers.********
- I like how you put "flash" in quotes cause the iPhone can't handle Flash, haha.********
- ironic that you chose the name brains for yourself.********
