    The new Fallout comes out today! I'm giddy.

    Fallout has always been among my top video games ever and though it took some time to get a third incarnation out there, this new one looks to uphold all that's good about the series.

    I'll be rushing over to Gamestop at 6 p.m.

    I've been playing it for two weeks now. Downloaded the leaked xbox 360 version. It's awesome, really good game.

    Only thing that really bothers me is the same model for almost all destroyed cars. They all look the same. Kinda makes me wonder why haven't they made at least 10 versions and spread them around a bit.

    The gameplay is great, graphics are awesome, the addition of radio in pipboy is also cool.

    Out here (UK) on Friday I believe. I'm quite tempted by this. Maybe it will fill the gap between COD4 and when COD5 comes out in a couple of weeks.

    See I want something to kill some time before COD5 comes out, but I am in the middle of moving, so I may just get some new songs for Rock Band and wait it out.

    But this and COD5 look GREAT.

    Fifa 09 is pretty sweet. Some good online stuff... was playing online at the weekend with mates, we were on the same team against some other guys who were on the other team if you see what I mean. You can pick just one position or 'any'. It uses the 'Be a Pro' viewing angle when you play. Pretty sweet, but pretty hard too...

    I hope it's better than Oblivion...I liked that game alot but it got old quick, too repetitive, hopefully they can keep Fallout from getting stale like this.

    Agreed about Oblivion.
    I think the Fallout world is so much more intriguing. That coupled with the dry comedy of games of yore should make this one more lasting.

    I'll post my initial thoughts tonight.

    I was excited for a good few months, and found out a few weeks ago that my videocard/motherboard, etc. wasn't supported. Post apocalyptic mayhem will have to wait :(

    this is not my kind of game, but i used to watch my bro play it and was fascinated with the stories i could build in my head. I don't think i get the same hard-on with this one because it's too real for my mind to bother to create the stories around the images yet not real enough to convince me that i'm in that world.

    Blew through Deadspace in anticipation for this and picked up Farcry 2. That shit is going to have to be set aside in favor of Fallout...
