It is the Witching Month !
Lets hear the stories of things send shivers down your spine!
Scary and true things,
Here is one about those paralyzing dreams
My mom was the one who first experienced these kinds of "dreams" . On one account she was asleep and then it happened she felt a presence and she could not move or wake up. Since she had been through this before she told me it upset her that this was happening so she made every effort to move and open her eyes. She told me that she was able to free her hand and move it upwards to feel what was above her, as she was lying on her back, when she moved her hand right above her face she said she felt a set of teeth, but not just any teeth , she said they felt very sharp like fangs. What she felt shocked her so much she opened her eyes to see a ghastly face looking back at her that vanished immediately. She had to go sleep somewhere else that night.

Your town barely knows you, your state has only the faintest glimmer of your existence, whilst your country only appreciates you for the paltry amount of tax you pay. Your continent doesn't care, less still your world.
Lest you forget, this entire planet is only a tiny speck in a star system that itself is of little to no importance in a small backwater of a typical and somewhat meagre galaxy. The universe is, as far as we know, infinitely huge - everything and everyone you know now or ever will is of less significance than a chip off a grain of sand on a beach at the Sahara's edge.
This time next century, you will be dead, your memory gone and you will not be missed. I'm being generous - in 70 years, you will likely be dust or so much cured skin, buried 'til the next great upheaval.
You never were anything and never will be.
At best, you're quite good fertilizer.

Alright... when I was a kid we lived in one house for about 4-5 years. Great place, but my parents bought a new place and we had to move. Thats when things got weird in that house. When in the living room, I started to think that I saw someone watching me through the stair banister. Of course nothing was there. The I suddenly felt really wierd about going in the basement. Actually scared, goosebumps, butterflies etc. all the time and swore someone was watching again when in the laundry room... to the point of talking out loud thinking it was a family member behind you, but no one was there when you turned.
Again, never experienced any of this for the past previous several years there. But your a kid and don't think much of it.
Then after we moved, I heard my parents talking with friends and they described to them that they had each experienced the exact same stuff the last month in that place that I had, but since we all thought we were foolish, we never talked to each other about it.
Anyway, odd that after all the years it only happened as we were leaving. Perhaps something was happy (or sad) we were leaving?
