yea i have seen clients give me wireframes in ppt.

denim - free, easy to use
You can lay out the initial designs, hand off to the clients and they can change as they see fit.
I like thin a lot for rapid prototyping, but personally have never had a client use the software.
Anyway, something to think about.

just use the Word drawing features. give them the page layouts and clients can buggerise around them as much as they need.
it's not good for large complex wf's though....

I guess an IA has zero value to them. If they had Photoshop they could design the site too.

Inkscape is the answer...
