OK
This is the lowdown:
I play for a local sports team and have been involved in organising circuits and other activities to get the team(s) fit before the season begins. As we are outside I would prefer not to do circuits and general running as people get bored. I want to do sometuing that is fun so people show.I have some ideas but did not know if anyone had any alternative ideas (touch rugby, football, frisbee, etc) that you can do outside.
I volunteered for this and have no previous experience, I just enjoy being active < sad I know

Well... I think this is mis-informative to people. You should told them this is a recreational, or sports clinic, or something along those lines.
I was wondering how you can give a fitness training to 25 people in one shot. Fitness training means you need to see the aspects of the individual. What if someone is really out of shape, and others are in better shape? Someone can even stress a muscle or something trying to keep up with others.

I don't think you guys are getting the gist of it. I organised a bit of a run around and have got ideas. I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions of alternative activities... I am not looking to get paid for this but just do it for a bit of group exercise....
IT IS NOT SERIOUS, IT IS FOR FUN.
All these "you should of thought of that before you organised it" comments makes me think you guys think I am doing this for a living – I'M not.
