  What is a an interactive producer?

  Maybe you are an interactive producer, lets find out...

  Freedom + Partners is looking for web professionals and creative folks who are passionate about the web, design, organization, communication, development and anything that looks amazing on a screen.

  A producer at Freedom + Partners is a person who shows the most concern for the BIG picture, a producer doesn't lead from the front, they point the way and show the other team members where they need to go. A good producer will educate the client, educate their own team, and most of all educate themselves.

  A good producer will organize, concept, schedule, recruit talent, critique design, challenge the programming, but most of all ask tons of questions, question everything and do it with a smile.

  A good producer is someone the client will want to work with again and again, relationships are key.

  A good producer is a leader. A leader in ideas, creativity, organization and execution.

  We will teach you to be smooth, clutch, seductive and simple. If you are that already, even better!

  As a producer you have to say small words really big!

  A good producer creates more good producers.

  haha i see that "passionate about the web" bit in just about every web-related job posting, it's funny because i was just yelling out my window to some passing strangers about how much i fucking love the web
