Can you save a file in two places at once??
For example... Everytime I do an estimate and I save it in the job folder, can you make it save a copy in another folder called INVOICES.
Could you do something like: Everytime you create a file with the prefix say 'FOR_INV' or send an email with the same attatchment prefixed 'FOR_INV' - can you make it so it saves another version in the INVOICES folder??
Does that make sense??

an automatic alias would make even more sense... i create alias links in job folders for estimates, quotes etc.

Its easy in email, at least in Outlook, if the built in Rules can't do it, you can get all sorts of filtering add-ons to add features like that..
In OSX you can setup Folder Actions to trigger an Applescript to do stuff when you add a file to the folder.
