Thanks for posting the iso50 print, Rafal, I'd forgotten to check back to have a peek after he mentioned it in his blog recently.
I like it as a print, but am a bit disappointed that he based it off an existing piece - it's a bit like iso50's not confident enough in his ability to just let his style speak through, and has borrowed from his vocabulary to force recognition. Or something, I'm babbling.
Also, it doesn't really scream 'Obama Democrat Campaign'. I mean, it's a good departure from all the portraits, but unless that 'Progress' line and somewhat vague employment of the 'heartland' logo is utterly embedded in the American psyche (which it might be, I don't know) it's a bit tenuous. If this was on the street, would a layperson recognise it as a campaign poster?
And, I know it's a specious comparison, but I can't help thinking of early Soviet Communism when I see Obama drawing from the wealth of creative output. There's something unsettling in the summation of policy in a pretty picture.

iso50 was chosen by the campaign as only the second official print after Obey. Pretty awesome. I'd been waiting to see that print for a few weeks now and ordered one immediately yesterday when it was posted. Really beautiful work and glad to have finally donated to the campaign.

I've got the Shepard Fairey print with "CHANGE" a print of 5000. I read somewhere that it's worth some coin now since a shipment of them got screwed up. Got it custom framed and is hanging in my kitchen now. I'm definitely going to pick up that ISO50 one.
