hahaha! - why would someone try to gain status on a design site by continually talking about how much money they had ?,,,
Seriously mate, we've all been friends in the real world with people that were either fantastically successful in their own right, had made their millions, bought the toys, or who had inherited vast unspendable burdens of fortunes, and we've all had friends that were piss poor, slept on our floors, taken our old sweaters and constantly bummed ramen noodles and smokes off us - hell, some of us have even been all those things....but through it all we learned to see the mark of man, to judge his character, and we all know that it really doesnt matter if you live on a 1000 acre gold plated mansion boat on the moon - if you keep banging on about how much money you've got or haven't got then you come across as a boring prick.- "you guys think i'm lying but i'm not"....that clears that up then, thanks.mikotondria3

You might very well not be a boring prick, but talking about money is a form of preening, or refining and broadcasting genetic potential signals which is largely an activity that goes on between strangers, and not between friends or people that have something else to communicate.

poor people usually seem to be the ones who say money isn't everything.
it is.

Hedge is awesome.
While I have the disposable income to go out and drink as many as 5 pints of mid priced lager on a night out, he can probably afford to buy a new speedboat just to go to an offshore super club and then crash it on the beach only to get a helicopter to fly him home.
Living the dream. One day I'll be that awesome but I doubt it'll be any time soon.

That's just like, your opinion, man.

No you're not. You're a graphic designer. Even if you inherited it, you sure as hell wouldn't be pursuing this calling, am I right? I mean, people don't become designers because it's 'fun'. They do it because they aren't much good at anything else, right?

Hedge, your funny.

Hedge = Fail.
Next time be more arrogant and repulsive about "your money" and you might get a better rise out of people. Your soft approach isn't very entertaining.
Better luck with your next screen name JazX!

I inherited it, I couldn't touch it until I was 30 though, hence the reason I had a day job until then.
Now my dad job is hookers and coke.

Oh man, your golden. What night will you be appearing at Nameless Comedy Club this weekend? You're obviously a comedian and working your schtick out on a captive audience of designers. Clever...cleeeeever indeed. Especially 'cause you're probably pulling in, what, tens of dollars..
