cheap light reflector disc?

anyone know the cheapest place to buy a reflector disc (the big disc for bouncing lights for photo or film production)
- online or in town - i live in vancouver...

if you want cheap... wrap a chunk of cardboard with some aluminum foil.

or go to your local crafts store and buy a canvas frame and staple some metallic fabric to it

It's very different if u are shooting moving images or stills. For stills flexible bounce is Ok because all that counts if fraction of a second but for miving images u need continious illumination so that u don't have to deal with wind wabling your flexible bounce. For moving images u need a bounce board.
