Does anyone know how to convert Flash CS3 .fla files to quicktime files?
I've tried exporting as Flash 5 (as Adobe recommends), but the actionscript I'm using isn't supported that far back.
If it helps, I'm preparing an animation to be used in a DVD (no interaction is involved). So perhaps the file doesn't have to be quicktime... any help would be appreciated.

If ur on PC, I use AdShareit SWF to AVI converter. Captures everything, just as u see it on screen, without missing a frame, uncompressed. Works like a charm. Cheap program too. www.adshareit.com

AS in QT? as in non-interactive? i don't think that AS will even work as low as version 4. will it?

the AS i'm using isn't supported in Flash 5 according to the error message i get when i try to export; the only reason i mention this is that adobe recommends exporting the animation as Flash 5.
i decided to go with some screencast software because i need to get this done asap. thanks for the help.
you'd think this wouldn't be so hard...
