  People here need to lighten the fuck up. One obvious thought is to take a look at wordpress. Plenty of options that are stylish. you could put a little bit of work on it and make it unique and it'll cost you nothing but time.

  Alternatively... templatemonster has cheap templates if you prefer. Probably not my first choice.
