working to 3 in the morning makes you only tired for the next day, and very uncreative. i did thisyesterday, and realized, that i am too lazy/dizzy to start until now. and i am at the office since 3 hrs.

So what exactly have you achieved through all this self-help stuff and magic tricks beyond pulling overweight American tourists?It's not like you can pay for drinks or sale yachts - so your business empire ain't all that.

Moth, think the major problems are:
- missing regularity of bedtime
- late dinner
- working lateFor me it helps
- to be calm, close my eyes and let pass the day (some call that meditation...)
- a warm bath
- comics/books
- a walk
- a tea with melissa, lavender, valerian and hops
- warm milk with honey
- take some days off, if possiblei've sent you a mail

#7: "Imagine": After a hard days work with more downs and ups, or in times, when u don't know where it should go, i have found a little Trick from a befriended Coach.
When u are finally in bed, start imagine, how your perfect day sholud look. And start at the very beginning (get up, make coffee, exercice, ride to work with bike, where u work etc). This helps your under consciousness to adjust the balance and to give yourself the right direction. I'vedone that quite a lot when i was struggling, and it helped me a lot.

dude i get 11-12 hours of sleep -- it's my optimal time. your 6-8 hours is out of whack.

drink at least 2 litres of water daily. eat fruit, 5 times. skip diner 2 times a week. avoid too much caffeine and transfats. use lemonjuice instead of vinegar when u make a salad. start exercising and something like yoga or gi gong. go outside daily for at least an hour. have a healthy relationship and see your friends as often as possible. but take time for yourself. meditate sometimes to let it all go. make trips and hikes ond weekends. these are my tips for a healthy life.
