That's biggest load of crap I ever heard come from you BlueOne.
How on earth does "European monarchies" come into this?
I thought it was 51% that like repeated buggery.

(Jul 3 07, 03:16)No, only 27% do...however it's the dumbest most ignorant 20% and the remaining 7% are all the billionares Bush made in the last 6+ years at the expense of the middle class his policies have fucked. SO he's got the Ignorant and the Rich. That potent combination basically kept your European monarchies going for a few centuries...so we're just basically going back to the future here...

if he truely was just acting under orders (again, i'm open to any damning information anyone has to present), then he shouldn't have to take full responsibility.

----------------------surely you mean he should have gone to jail alongside plenty of other people in the corrupt bureaucracy.
not that he should be let free at the whim of his corrupt boss.

werd..

you should apply for a position as spindoctor......

yes i agree with you but everyone is supposed to be equal under the law. if he is convicted for his crime, shouldnt he go to jail?
rather he was the fall guy or not.

(Jul 2 07, 22:35)i'm not sure i fully agree. governors and the president reserve the right to pardon people because of special circumstances. people aren't always rightfully convicted, and if he truely was just acting under orders (again, i'm open to any damning information anyone has to present), then he shouldn't have to take full responsibility. bush is clearly going to take a lot of flack for this, and i don't think he's doing this because scooter's a friend (maybe bush is having a guilty conscience). regardless of why bush did it, at least this time he's doing something that the constitution gives him the right to to.
i guess i feel that the judicial system/congress should have gone after rove and cheney on this one, and that going after scooter was really just a cop out to make it look like they were doing something.

In past, i think those things only pass on Spain...
But now...
Same shit, same shit.
Sorry for you gringos.
- subversve0
admittedly, i probably don't know as much about it as i should, but was scooter really the bad guy here? i'm under the impression that he was just doing what he was told (by cheney and rove), and he was set up as the fall guy (and not of the unknown stunt man type). i'm sure he was pretty implicit in everything, but i would rather see his boss strung up...
feel free to enlighten me if you disagree.

remember
VP is not part of executive, they dont need to release any top secret records but they have access to them and they use executive budget for their use
a rat who ratted out a CIA agent to the public in which violates national security act dont need to go to jail or his boss.
its funny how Clinton even got impeached for getting a bj from an intern.
lets recap...
blowjob / sex with girls
VS
taking the country in to war / lying to everyone WMD / outing a CIA agent / violating constitution, basic freedom / VP making its own world etc etc
i miss Bill

When he first got convicted i thought to myself 'how will bush ever pardon that'?...thinking how impossible it would be for bush to get his buddy out of jail....
