    yes i agree with you but everyone is supposed to be equal under the law. if he is convicted for his crime, shouldnt he go to jail?
    rather he was the fall guy or not.

    i'm not sure i fully agree. governors and the president reserve the right to pardon people because of special circumstances. people aren't always rightfully convicted, and if he truely was just acting under orders (again, i'm open to any damning information anyone has to present), then he shouldn't have to take full responsibility. bush is clearly going to take a lot of flack for this, and i don't think he's doing this because scooter's a friend (maybe bush is having a guilty conscience). regardless of why bush did it, at least this time he's doing something that the constitution gives him the right to to.

    i guess i feel that the judicial system/congress should have gone after rove and cheney on this one, and that going after scooter was really just a cop out to make it look like they were doing something.
